...or: How summer can take you for a ride!
May is a particularly exciting & busy month for me. On a personal level, we've got birthdays galore: my lady's birthday (30th!) was on the 17th, mine on the 25th (and I share mine with my cousin, glass artist, Carol-Anne Cavers), and my brother Ian's birthday is on June 2nd. With the start of summer, we get heaps of guests over to the island as well. I love it. My friends/family are in the best spirits when they finally get off the ferry cruise ship and are en-route to some wild island destination. Who can blame
