Pin-Up - “The Mechanic”

My broken down car has never been so useful!

When Ashley called to confirm her session, she offered up an idea for a theme... a mechanic or an electrician with sparks-a-flyin' in the scene... I had loaned her a great pin-up book to thumb through, but she dreamed this one up herself... and I'm thinking... this couldn't be better!   My classic mini was currently under repair in the driveway! [first positive thought on that subject in a while... but I digress...]

Ashley showed up with outstanding makeup, and had her hair playfully flipped out at the bottom - this would really work with the weather, because no, I didn't use a fan (I've been asked!) ---this is straight Nanaimo wind working in our favour!

A quick wardrobe change and we had finished the 'story' - however you might interpret it.

It really helps to think of pin-ups as a narrative... because they really do tell a story.  Besides, it just makes it that much more fun... and that's what it's all about!   I've got more FUN booked in for the next few weeks... you could be next!  Contact me for details!
